Cancellations and Refunds?

Our program is a monthly membership with no contract. So Yes, you can cancel anytime. We will be sad to see you go. :( Just finish the current month and the subscription will not renew. We do not pro-rate or refund any money.

Can I Talk To A Person?

Yes, when you email or call us, someone in Texas is answering you. The quickest route to a call back is to email us your phone number and questions. We will call you as soon as we are available. Normally, emails received prior to 3pm will get a call back the same day. If after 3pm, responses will be fulfilled the following business day.

Can You Help Me Build A Social Media Platform?

Yes we can, just email us and we will set a time to walk through the process together. If you prefer to meet and are near the Frisco area, that works too.

Can I Contribute Content?

We are always looking for current, industry specific content. We ask that you ensure the information is beneficial and relevant to the consumer. We will have our content team go over your submission and if chosen, you will be listed as the contributor to the article.
